A View from the Trenches: Effective Communications and Training January 2009; this formed the basis for my presentation (in QuickTime) at PLI in Chicago in May.

Hear are some materials I did a few years ago to illustrate how to use Macromedia Breeze, now Acrobat Presenter, using both Breeze and Camtasia.  There are three different versions.  One is a flash file that should open in any browser.  Another is an MPEG4 file which you can download, save to iTunes, and play on a video iPod.
